To educate the wider community on the importance of conservation by establishing the Baton Valley as a leading example and educational facility in small-scale intensive sustainable conservation, with its aims being: The maintenance and regeneration of native species of flora and fauna in the defined area and the preservation and improvement of biodiversity and the health of the environment.
